SWAT Neon!

This time, the SWAT challenge was neon! I wanted to do a bright version of neon using both neon colors, neutrals, and brights. I started by looking through my papers and creating a kit that worked well together. I knew I wanted to use this picture of my youngest because the facial expression is so cute.

I wanted to have wild feel to the layout, so I heavily distressed the floral background and several of the elements.  I was scrapping with my dear friend Heather, so she was along for the whole process adding her eye and suggestions. I really love crafting with a friend!

    Wow! Love how you combined the neon with more earthy tones. I would never have thought of doing that but you totally made it work! Well done!! Love the distressed edges btw.
